Furnace/AC Physical Agreement — Maintenance Membership

With this Furnace/AC Physical Agreement, your furnace and air conditioner are both sent through a series of tests to check the condition of the equipment and to keep it working efficiently, spring and fall, every year.

The full examination includes: clean and check condenser coil · test operating pressures · test starting capabilities · test and adjust blower components · test and check safety controls · replace/clean air filters · clean condensate pan and drain hose · test voltage of motors · lubricate necessary moving parts · calibrate thermostat · check for proper air flow · measure temperature difference · check expansion valve · clean evaporator coil (if accessible) · inspect heat exchanger · apply protective coating to outside unit.

Members save almost up to 20% on parts, replacements, upgrades or a complete system installation, and free service call fees for the whole year.
